The Center of Electrohydraulic Control of Zhejiang University is a state-level engineering research center in China financially supported by China's Ministry of Science and Technology.

The research of fluid power transmission and control in ZJU has been regarded to be very strong with international fame. As a result of the efforts of the research team, the electrohydraulic proportional control technology has been developed in the center, which greatly changes the traditional hydraulic technology and brings the reform in the hydraulic engineering industry.

With a large quantity of advanced hydraulic experimental equipment, ZJU ranks among the most eminent hydraulics research centers in China. Among its research staff, there are academicians, prominent professors and Ph.D holders. Having its own manufacturing base, the center has strong manufacturing and production capacity. The president of the center is Dr. Yang Huayong, an electrohydraulics expert and also professor of ZJU.

The main targets of the center are: innovating and industrializing the electrohydraulic technology; manufacturing and producing electrohydraulic control products and parts; information exchange and personnel training, international cooperation and communication.
