  • Held the 40th Anniversary of Zhejiang University School of Stomatology & The 35th Stomatological Medical Academic Conference in 2016

  • Built up the relationship with more than 15 international well-known universities

  • Actively invited more than 100 well-known scholars from home and abroad to give lectures

  • 3-5 dentists going abroad for per year

 

Achievements

  •  Focuses on translational medicine research and the interdisciplinary cooperation among medicine, engineering and information technology

  • Emphasizes on the research and development of bionic root, teeth’s demineralization domestic non-bracket invisible appliance system and 3D printer in biomedical field

  • 1 science and technology innovation team set up with the Materials Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang University

  • Undertakes 297 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research grants

  • 626 papers published in journals both at home and abroad, among which 253 are cited by SCI

  • 27 award winning projects, including Science & Technology Advancement Award of Zhejiang Province, Science and Technology Award of Chinese Stomatological Association, Medicine Health Science and Technology Award of Zhejiang Province

  • 27 National Invention Patents or Utility Model Patents

  • Successfully develops and lists domestic ZDI implant system
