Laboratory of Power Electronics

It was set up from 1991 to 1995, supported with World Bank Loan of 0.5 million US$ equipped with dynamic signal analyzer, network/spectrum analyzer, logic analysis system, universal timer/counter, function generator, Curve tracer, infrared thermovision system, quasi-static simultaneous CV system, surface profile measuring system and high performance digital oscilloscopes.

14 professors (including 1 academician of China Academy of Engineering), 10 associate professors and 6 other researchers,

Main Research Fields:

Fundamental research of high frequency power electronics and its relevant application technologies, Power electronics in motor drive control, Field controlled power electronic devices and modules.
