Conference Language
The formal languages at the conference will be English or Chinese.

Conference publication
Zhejiang University Press will publish all papers accepted by the conference as a conference paper collection.

Conference Fee
The fee for space of a whole page is 800 RMB with the paper no more than five pages. If the paper exceeds five pages, the fee of each page plus is 150 RMB. Everyone can submit no more than two papers. The authors of every paper will be presented the collection of conference papers .

Critical deadlines
Submission of Papers: 31 August 2002
Notification of Acceptance: 20 September 2002
Conference Starting: 20 November 2002

Paper format
Full paper in double column format, A4 paper printed. Authors are encouraged to submit the paper in electronic form. Each paper should include abstract, keywords, introduction, content, conclusion and reference.

Recommended point size and vertical spacing:
Title (centered, all caps) : 16/18 Author Names (centered, initial caps): 12/14 Affiliations (centered, initial caps): 12/14 Abstracts, Body of text, Appendices, Acknowledgments & References : 10/12
