Aim
      The Journals of Zhejiang University SCIENCE (A & B) are edited by the international board of distinguished Chinese and foreign scientists, and are aimed to present the latest developments and achievements in scientific research in China and overseas to the world's scientific circles, especially to stimulate and promote academic exchange between Chinese and foreign scientists everywhere.

Scope
      JZUS-A focuses on Applied Physics & Engineering;
      JZUS-B focuses on Biomedicine, Biochemistry & Biotechnology.
    The Journals provide the forum for high-quality research communications, and address all aspects of original experimental information based on theory and their applications. The Journals welcome contributions from all who wish to report on new developments in scientific researches within the scope outlined above.

Manuscript Preparation
     Authors are encouraged to submit their whole manuscripts (in one column, 10.5 pt font size, with all figures and tables) via online submission at http://www.editorialmanager.com/zusa for JZUS-A and  http://www.editorialmanager.com/zusb for JZUS-B. The electronic manuscript should be prepared to accord with the following:
     Title and by-line: Name, professional title, affiliation (institution) of the author(s); city, zip code, country and E-mail address of the author(s) should be given.
     Abstract: About 100~150 words without mathematical & chemical equations; should outline the objective, method and main results and conclusion.
     Key words: Provide 3 to 6 key words or phrases for cross-indexing this article.
     Text: The text should contain an Introduction that puts the paper into proper perspective for the reader, and should also contain Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion sections.
     Acknowledgements: Individuals or units other than authors who were of direct help in the work could be acknowledged by a brief statement following the text.
     References: Personal communications and unpublished data are not acceptable references. Periodicals should be referred to in the following order: name of author(s), year, title of paper, name of periodical (in italics), Vol.(No.): pages, [DOI]. Books should be referred to in the order: name of author(s), year of publication, title of book, publishing house, city, pages. All authors in the references should be listed. For example:

Welcome Contribution
      Warmly and sincerely welcome scientists all over the world to contribute Reviews, Articles, and Science Letters to JZUS (A & B). Especially, Science Letters (3~4 pages) is mainly focused on the latest, including failed, research result (Detailed research articles can still be published in other professional journals in the future).
