Anke Hagemann is an architectural and urban researcher. Since September 2021, she has been an acting professor at Chair for International Urbanism and Design (Habitat Unit) at TU Berlin, where she heads the Urban Rural Assembly research consortium. She previously taught at ETH Zurich, HCU Hamburg and BTU Cottbus, among others. Her current research topics include global commodity circulation and urban space, urban-rural metabolisms and extended urbanization, co-creation in strategic planning processes.
