University of Toronto – Zhejiang University Joint Workshop on SDGs

Abstract:

With less than 10 years left to deliver the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), it is more important than ever for the global community to mobilise for accelerated action. With the broad remit comprising the creation and dissemination of knowledge and the unique position within society, universities have a critical role to play in achieving the SDGs. University of Toronto - Zhejiang University Joint Workshop on SDGs will facilitate and support research collaboration projects between both institutions with a clear intention to advance progress towards the SDGs. The workshop will be followed by a call for collaborative projects later in the fall.
