Examing drought impacts on planet functional traits using hyperspectral remote sensing

Speaker: Dr.Yuhong He is a Professor and Department Chair in the Department of Geography, Geomatics, and Environment at the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on investigating changes that have occurred in natural or managed systems using remote sensing, machine learning, and ecosystem modelling. Dr. He has published more than 80 peer-reviewed journal articles and presented over 100 papers at different conferences. She is the Director of the Canadian Remote Sensing Society, an Associate Editor for the ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, and an Editorial Advisory Board member of the Environment Management and the International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation.
