What You Can Expect in the Project:
Dual-Mentorship Paradigm: Benefit from a unique “Academic + Industry” guidance system. You will be co-mentored by distinguished professors from ZJU and mentors from Hangzhou’s startups, ensuring your solutions possess both theoretical depth and market viability.
Immersive Startup Residency: Move beyond the classroom and embed yourself directly into a startup team. You will engage deeply in the authentic process of product refinement, technology iteration, and team management, gaining a first-hand “on-the-ground” entrepreneurial experience.
From Concept to MVP: Leveraging the resources of the International Design Institute (IDI), you will learn the “Zero to One” methodology. You will be supported in transforming smart design concepts into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and testing them in Hangzhou’s dynamic market.
Global Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside top-tier peers from diverse backgrounds (Design, CS, Management), fostering an international perspective and cross-cultural leadership skills.
