The Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the establishment of ecological civilization. The eighteenth National Congress clearly defined the strategic position of ecological civilization construction. The Nineteenth National Congress put forward a new conception of ecological balance construction in the new era. It also request that China will realize the socialist modernization by 2035 and will build a strong socialist modernization country with prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony and beauty by 2050. The construction of ecological civilization is an important mechanism to promote the harmonious development of man and nature, to form a new relationship between human and nature, and to face the future. This course will be interpreted from a multidisciplinary, multidisciplinary and multidimensional perspective. From the ancient times, we will highlight the concerns of major issues in ecological civilization, based on China and facing the world. This course can help us understand the problem, roots and outlet of the development of human society, understand the connotations and requirements of ecological civilization, and the necessity and urgency of building ecological civilization, and the differences between East and West. We should understand the basic principles of ecological civilization and ethics, and think about the harmonious relationship between human and nature, human and himself from a new height. We also analyze the direction, difficulties and advantages of building an eco-civilized society in China in the 21st century and explore how individual growth contributes to the historical trend of building a harmonious eco-civilization society.
