Myocardial hypertrophy, characterized by an increase in cardiac muscle mass, is an adaptive response to pathological stimuli such as hypertension and valve disease. While initially beneficial, sustained hypertrophy may lead to further disease progression and exacerbate heart failure, which is one of the most common and deadly medical conditions worldwide and remains incurable. Inhibition or reversal of cardiac hypertrophy and subsequent maladaptive myocardial remodeling is the main treatments fo...

BHPF represses YTHDF2 to induce tissue-specific cell deaths and consequent developmental abnormalities Bisphenol A (BPA) is widely used in a range of plastic products. In recent years, many studies have found that BPA has adverse effects on both ecosystems and human health, and has been banned by many countries for use in the maternal and child products, such as baby bottles and children's water cups. As a result, a variety of bisphenol analogues (BPs) have been introduced as alternativ...

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is one of the most common and deadly hematological malignancies in the elderly, with a median age at diagnosis between 68 and 72 years. AML patients over 60 years old have worse survival outcomes than their younger counterparts. Therefore, early and accurate diagnosis and subtyping of AML are crucial for patients' treatment and prognosis. However, diagnosing and differentiating AML subtypes in bone marrow smear images is a complex and time-consuming task. Recent ...
