Zhejiang University Receives Special Contribution Award in Zhejiang Provincial Industry Award

At the 2016 Zhejiang Provincial Entrepreneurial Leader Summit, the 2nd Zhejiang Provincial Industry Award was unveiled. Zhejiang University won the coveted Special Contribution Award thanks to its enormous contribution to the transformation of economic development via technological innovation. 

Zhejiang Provincial Industry Award is the highest award in the industrial field. It is jointly presented by Zhejiang Federation of Industrial Economics, Zhejiang Enterprise Confederation and Zhejiang Entrepreneur Association. It is aimed at encouraging the industrial circle throughout the province to take the initiative in adapting to the new trend of economic development and promote innovation-driven development in a vigorous manner.
