About the grant: The objective of the International (Regional) Cooperation and Exchange Program is to provide necessary supports for the researchers involved in NSFCfunded on-going projects to participate widely in international cooperation and exchange activities.

About the grant: To encourage Chinese scientists to join international cooperation in order to enhance the innovative capability of the country, NSFC has developed a funding scheme for international (regional) cooperation to promote bilateral and multilateral collaborations. About the grant:Focusing on China’s major strategic needs and grand challenges in the scientific frontiers, the Major Research Program aims to make focused deply in research areas where China possesses a sound basis and strength in line with the general working policy of “fulfilling integrated upgrading, and great-leap-forward development through sustained funding with defined objectives”.
