President of Brandenburg University of Technology Visits Zhejiang University

On March 15, Song Yonghua, Executive Vice President of Zhejiang University, met with a delegation of Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU) led by President Joerg Steinbach.

Song Yonghua extended his cordial welcome to the guests, introduced to them the latest development of Zhejiang University and expressed his willingness to cooperate with BTU in the field of education and research.

BTU was founded in 1991. It combines outstanding international research with future-oriented teaching. As a technical university, It offers a teaching concept found nowhere else in Germany: its courses of study lead to either a university or a university of applied science degree, or to a so-called dual education degree, which is obtained through a combination of academic schooling and vocational training.
