ZJU and HSE University in St. Petersburg explore deeper cooperation

On November 20, a delegation led by Dr. Anna Tyshetskaya, Director of the HSE University Campus in St. Petersburg, visited Zhejiang University (ZJU). The delegation was warmly received by Vice President ZHOU Jianghong. The two sides engaged in in-depth talks on further expanding collaboration between their institutions.

ZHOU Jianghong introduced ZJU’s recent developments and achievements in education. He noted that HSE University is one of ZJU’s key partners in Russia, with a solid foundation of cooperation already in place. He expressed his hope that, building on this strong relationship, the two universities would further deepen practical collaboration in areas such as talent cultivation and disciplinary development, and work together to build an even closer and more dynamic partnership.

Dr. Anna Tyshetskaya spoke highly of ZJU’s academic achievements and provided a comprehensive overview of the development characteristics and academic strengths of the HSE University Campus in St. Petersburg. She expressed strong interest in exploring diverse avenues of cooperation with ZJU, including joint curriculum development, collaborative talent training programs, and shared scientific research initiatives, with the aim of elevating bilateral exchanges to a higher level.

This visit laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two institutions. Both sides agreed to maintain close communication and jointly advance the implementation of specific collaborative projects.
