Students clinch championship at China’s College Students ‘Internet Plus’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
The 3rd edition of China’s College Students ‘Internet Plus’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held at Xidian University in Xi’an on September 15-18. GeniusPros Technologies developed by a doctoral team in the School of Management, Zhejiang University, came in first with an impressive 740 points. The 6 teams from Zhejiang University clinched 3 gold medals, 1 silver medal and 2 bronze medals, thus placing Zhejiang University first in medal standings.
About 1.5 million college students with 370,000 projects from 2,241 universities and colleges took part in China’s College Students ‘Internet Plus’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. Xi Jinping wrote to all the participants and inspired college students to take root in Chinese society. Xi urged them to learn the situation of the country and its people and improve their talent and abilities via innovation and entrepreneurial activities.
