ZJU Strengthens Position in THE Subject Rankings

    On Oct 17, 2017, Time Higher Education released the latest World University Rankings on two subjects, Computer Science and Engineering & technology. Our position in these two subjects has demonstrated an impressive jump from last year. ZJU Computer Science rises from 50th to 45th.  More importantly, Engineering & technology climbs from 67th to 50th this year, making a debut on globla top 50 list. In addition to these two subjects, ZJU also appears on Arts & humanities, and Business & economics rankings. Both are listed in the range of 101-125.

    These results can be regarded as an acknowledgement of university-wide ongoing commitment to teaching and research excellence, as well as internationalization.

    The annual THE World University Rankings by Subject is a comprehensive guide to a range of popular subject areas. Dependent on subjects, the rankings series reveals the global top 100 or 400 universities for 10 individual subjects.
