More importantly, our congratulations to Prof. GAO Xiang and Prof. YANG Bo. Prof. GAO is titled with the honor of the National May 1 Labor Medal, one of the highest awards for Chinese workers. For 20 years, he has been working on the frontline of air pollution reduction by developing key technologies that cut emissions from coal consumption. His work has been recognized with one first prize, one second prize in the National Award for Technological Invention and one second prize in the National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology.  

Professor YANG Bo was awarded with the March 8 Red-banner pacesetter of Zhejiang Province. Prof. YANG is the dean of College of Pharmaceutical Sciences. She has dedicated her life to teaching and pharmacological research of anti-cancer drugs. She also is an active speaker for women's development.
